Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MindToMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MindToMap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MindToMap at any time.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MindToMap to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Create accounts through automated means or under false pretenses
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store using MindToMap. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

MindToMap respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set based on the type of subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update all information to keep your payment method current.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or will be uninterrupted. We may need to perform maintenance or make updates, which may temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindToMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindToMap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
